Cake Flavours  (These can be used in all celebration cakes and wedding cakes. Feel free to mix and match a bit, or ask if you would like a bespoke flavour). 

Victoria Sponge

Soft vanilla bean sponge filled with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry jam.

 

Chocolate

Rich dark Belgian chocolate sponge filled with Belgian chocolate buttercream.

 

Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel

Rich dark Belgian chocolate sponge filled with homemade sea salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache. 

Salted Caramel

Brown sugar sponge filled with caramel buttercream and a layer of smooth salted caramel .

 

Lemon

Soft lemon zest sponge soaked in lemon syrup, filled with vanilla bean buttercream and zingy lemon curd.

 

Lemon & Blueberry or Lemon & Raspberry

As above, but with juicy blueberries or raspberries rippled through the sponge.

Lemon & Elderflower

Soft lemon zest sponge soaked in fresh, aromatic lemon elderflower syrup, filled with vanilla bean buttercream and lemon elderflower curd. 

 

Lime & Coconut

Zesty lime and coconut sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, grated coconut and sharp lime curd.

 

Coconut & Raspberry

Sweet coconut sponge rippled with juicy raspberries, filled with vanilla buttercream, grated coconut and raspberry compote.

 

White Chocolate & Strawberry

Rich, buttery white chocolate sponge filled with white chocolate buttercream and strawberry compote with a hint of rosewater.

 

White Chocolate & Raspberry

Rich, buttery white chocolate sponge rippled with juicy raspberries, filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry compote with a hint of rosewater.

Rose & Raspberry

Soft vanilla bean sponge rippled with juicy raspberries, soaked in a light rosewater syrup and filled with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry rose compote.

 

Chocolate Orange

Fudgy chocolate cake with orange zest, soaked in orange syrup and filled with chocolate orange buttercream.

 

Chocolate, Coffee & Caramel

Fudgy mocha sponge filled with coffee buttercream and espresso caramel.

 

Carrot Cake 

Lightly spiced, moist carrot cake made to your preference with or without raisins and/or nuts - as everyone likes it differently! 

Chocolate & Hazelnut

Moist chocolate and hazelnut sponge layered with Nutella buttercream and toasted hazelnuts.

 

Sticky Ginger

Sticky, sweet and spicy ginger cake studded with stem ginger and layered with cinnamon molasses buttercream.

 

Marble Cake 

The best of both worlds! Marbled swirls of soft vanilla and chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream. 

Banana, Peanut Butter & Caramel

Sweet banana sponge filled with peanut butter buttercream and a layer of sea salted caramel.

 

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Dark, squidgy toffee and date sponge filled with molasses buttercream and a layer of caramel. 

 

Spiced Pumpkin

Moist pumpkin, ginger and cinnamon sponge filled with orange zest buttercream.
